What else is there to say but SALSA!!!!
Lilli, Grandma Barb, and I made 21 pints of salsa two weeks ago! Then last night and today I made 8 quarts, which I break down to 16 pints! We have 37 pints altogether! We could have had 40 pints if we hadn't ate so much when we fixed the first batch! You should have seen us! We just about ate a whole bag of Scoops! They weren't the baked kind either! Should have been but what can I say! We only pig out like this once a year! WOW! I'm sayin' that's a lot of tomato peeling, onion chopping, and green pepper dicing!
Do you know that we still have a garden full of tomatoes! We have been in somewhat of a drought so the green peppers were just about gone, but with the little rain we have had over the last day or so the peppers are coming on strong, again! All I can say is SALSA!!!!

It's more tasty the salsa that we cook in our home than the one we buy.

Mmmmm salsa! This makes me want to go out in my garden and gather the tomatoes that're still out there. =]
