A Foodie Post!!!

In the mist of all this busy busy stuff, we have had time to cook and bake a little!

Starting with dessert first......

Lilli made this pumpkin pie that didn't last a day!!!

We love it!

I made chicken enchiladas one day!

Yummy! I found the recipe on peanutblossom!

They were great! However, I didn't follow the directions!

Which is no big surprise, but they still turned out wonderful!

My Aunt Barb sent me a lasagna pan! When I decided to try it out I was in the grocery store and didn't have the recipe so I found it on the back of the Barilla box! It was so good!
