A homemade light box, a purse, and some projects!

I have been gone forever it seems but I'm back!

Anyway, while I was gone I had to do some Spring Cleaning! Yes, I said it! I hate to start but then I hate to wait until it is so nice I would rather be outside in my garden! So I have just about finished! I have a few cabinets to clean out and some magazines to make myself get rid of!! Hopefully that won't take toooo long!
I also had to get my hair cut and colored! I absolutely looked horrible! I had so much hair that I couldn't even stuff under my favorite baseball cap! lol!! And talk about gray! If I had waited much longer it would have been all gray!!!! How scary is that?!!!
My niece and great niece came for supper one night! Lucky us!
Then I thought it was truly time for me to start sewing up a storm, but wait where is my machine! Oh, I know! It is covered up with stuff, lots of stuff!!! So needless to say, I had to clean up my sewing room! Tell me why is that room always the last and the worst to clean!!!
Anyway, I finally got everything uncovered! I was able to find my wonderful light box that my dad made me way back in the '80's! I have needed to use that! Now I have it! I intend to use it!
It will be perfect for my Gail Pan BOM's! Then I organized some projects that I have to finish or start or both!!!!
I had this jelly bag pattern from Bunny Hill that I was able to make! I have 4 others to make!
I just love them! I gave this one to Lilli! It's made from Mary E!!! Lilli carries it with her wherever we go!

Lilli just loved this fabric that she found at Jo-Ann's for really cheap!
So we are going to make a tote out of it!

This is the quilt(our very first quilt) we want to make from Butterfly Fling! Can't wait!

Pillowcases!

A snowman quilt that I have started with my Aunt Barb! I have to finish the handwork on these and then she will put it together! Can't wait to get it finished! I promise Aunt Barb it will be this year!!!! Hopefully before summer!!!!

That's it for me!
Wherever you are whatever you are doing I hope you have a wonderfully happy day!

Oh, your remind me that I shouldn't wait too long to get this done. I hate Spring Cleaning! I love the clean but not the process. Good luck with all your projects-that list looks like mine. Some day I'll get mine done too, I hope. Have a wonderful weekend!
